Traditional Hatha Yoga Class
A flowing hatha yoga class which links postures (asanas) with the breath (pranayama) to help you reduce stress, increase strength and flexibility.

Catherine completed her 200 RYT Hatha Yoga in 2012. In addition, she has also completed a 50-hour Therapeutic Yoga Intensive Workshop, as well as various restorative and therapeutic yoga workshops.
"Through my yoga classes, I guide students to take time to truly let go of their life stresses to breathe, move with proper alignment and find their balance. It is my hope that people will walk out of my classes in a more relaxed place to fully embrace their life."
