Our members are committed to working within the community to achieve these objectives by raising awareness of the benefits of a healthier lifestyle both while at work, at school and in personal day-to-day living. Life is the whole package. Whether you’re a youth or an adult, your food choices, daily fitness routines, sleep cycles and day-to-day stresses contribute to your physical and emotional well-being while in class or at work and in your personal life. Life is busy. Sometimes just thinking about changing life-long patterns into healthier choices seems like just one more thing to add to the to-do-list.

The TQS Transformation website provides the tools and resources to promote healthier living by outlining educational, recreational and athletic programs to benefit individuals, organizations and corporations within our community. Whether it’s preparing more nutritional foods, becoming more physically active or simply taking time to step away from stress so the body can rejuvenate, the TQS Transformation website has outlined fun, interactive ideas and programs to assist in transforming your life.

By mentoring health and wellness through focused awareness campaigns, the TQS Lifestyle Association hopes to make a positive difference in people’s lives.
